Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a sizeable team, you will be responsible in developing and managing the distribution channel on a global scale, with close collboration with distributors in different regions/countries.

Lead the the development and execution of strategy for sales distribution to achieve sales objectives
Act as the primary negotiator for annual terms and partnership plans with channel partners
Evaluate and assess distribution models to ensure maximum reach across the international market
Assess and evaluate distributor's performance to ensure positive deliverables and growing partnership
In-depth market landscape analysis to identify potential sales channels to expand sales growth and brand awareness in respective region. .
Lead the sales team to drive continuous growth and develop a positive and high performance culture
P&L ownership, mange full commercial budget, including trade spend, listing fees, and promotional allowances, ensuring a healthy positive ROI.

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder
Minimum 10 years of sales/account management experience specifically within the Food & Beverage and/or FMCG
Experience in managing distributors on global and/or regional scope
Proven experience managing, expanding and leading sales teams.
Results driven, numerical and strong negotiation skills
People-oriented, adaptable and strong business accumen
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
